Owner/Shop Manager
Bob's 40 + years of experience in the mechanics industry has made him well known as the "Fix Anything Guy". His passion for mechanics started when he was a young child helping his father who also owned a repair shop. Bob's keen eye for detail helps ensure order in the work area to keep your equipment running efficiently.
Joann Weidmark
General Office / Manager / Bookkeeper
Joann's love of farming started when she was a young child working on her parents farm. Her many years of experience riding tractors and training Bob means she has an incredible understanding of mechanics so she can find the model of tractor that is perfect for you. When she is not busy selling equipment you can find her working hard behind the scenes to make sure everything is running smoothly.
Dale Tryon
Parts department & Fabricator
With many skills Dale is true all a rounder. Whether it be helping in back work on equipment, welding, fabrication, or being in charge of the parts department Dale is a fundamental part of the team that helps keep the shop running smoothly.
Tyler Murphy
Licensed Heavy Equipment Mechanic (Part time)
Tyler joined our team in 2017 after completing the Heavy Duty Equipment Technician program at Cambrian College, he has now completed is apprenticeship and become Red Seal Certified as of 2021. As Tyler was growing up he spent lots of time on his grandfathers farm where he developed his passion for heavy equipment. He is energetic, eager, willing to learn and has proven himself to be a fantastic mechanic and great team member.
Lisa Griffiths
Part-Time Accountant
Lisa is Joann's right hand, has been involved with the business since it started in 2000. Her love of math and numbers had her assisting Joann in the office every chance she had. As the business has grown and developed so has her knowledge of business. Lisa's dedication keeps our office organized and in working order.
